Our Services
SMRT provides cloud-based business management software for dry cleaning and garment care businesses ("Customers"), including order intake, production tracking, delivery routing, billing, and reporting. Features and availability may change as the product evolves, and service details and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Account Registration
To use certain features, you will need an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Take responsibility for activity under your account
Subscriptions and Payment
Access to SMRT is provided on a subscription basis, billed according to the plan you sign up for. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable advance notice. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor, and SMRT does not store full card numbers. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your Data
Data you enter into SMRT, such as your orders, customers, and business records, belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service to you. If your own customers place orders or receive deliveries through SMRT, you are responsible for having the right to share their information with us, and we process it on your behalf as part of running your account. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the platform
- Upload or transmit malicious code
- Collect information about other users without their consent

Our platform may link to or integrate with third-party services, such as payment processors. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SMRT Systems or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our permission, beyond what is needed to use the service as intended.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, using commercially reasonable efforts, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or factors outside our control may occasionally affect availability. The SMRT Mobile app is provided as is.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMRT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or platform. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit any right that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer guarantees that apply to customers in Australia under the Australian Consumer Law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SMRT, its owners, and employees against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for a material breach of these terms or illegal use, with notice where reasonably possible. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with your plan's cancellation terms.
Modifications to Terms
SMRT may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise, for example for Customers in Australia or the EU and Sweden.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and SMRT regarding your use of our services.
