SMRT is software that dry cleaning businesses ("Customers") use to run their own operations. If you are an order or delivery customer of one of those businesses, that business is responsible for your data and SMRT processes it on their behalf. For anything else, including our website, your SMRT account, and billing, SMRT is responsible directly.
By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. The personal information we collect is used to provide and improve the service, and we will not use or share it with anyone except as described here. The terms used here have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions unless defined otherwise.
Information We Collect
- Personal information: name, address, email, phone number, business name, and billing information provided when you register, subscribe, or place an order. We retain this information and use it as described in this policy.
- Order and delivery information: garment and service details, pickup and drop-off addresses, and delivery status entered through the platform.

- Log data: when an error occurs in our apps, we collect device information through third-party tools, such as your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, and the time and date of use.

Location Information
Some features of the SMRT Mobile app, such as driver routing and live delivery tracking, require location tracking using GPS or other means supported by your device. When this is on, we collect the device's location along with a user ID and a timestamp. The app asks for your explicit consent before any location tracking begins, and you can withdraw it at any time in your device settings.

Requesting Deletion of Your Data
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email support@smrtsystems.com with the subject line "Data deletion request" and tell us the name, email address, or phone number associated with your account so we can find your records. We will confirm your request, delete or anonymize your information, and tell you when this is done, except where we must keep certain information to meet legal obligations. If your information is held by a dry cleaning business that uses SMRT, we will pass your request to them.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has given us personal information, we delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, contact us and we will take the necessary action.
